Who are we?
We’re a small, diverse team working at the cutting edge of payments and machine learning. UKey enables pay-per-use experiences. Payments and AI are at the crux of this, but traditional payment platforms charge prohibitively high transaction fees. UKey's patent pending, AI native payments platform with built-in authentication uses ML to reduce transaction costs by 80%.
Our zero trust payments engine uses ML at its core. Our AI risk engine mitigates fraud during the onboarding process and optimizes transactions.
We’re focused on bringing our technology to market. We partner with businesses so they can offer their services seamlessly and without friction to millions of users. We’re ambitious - we believe our technology will fundamentally transform the payments landscape and change the way businesses interact with their customers. And we have the technical chops to back it up - UKey’s CEO Uday Chandra, a technologist, has led teams that built enterprise and consumer products in AI, ecommerce, and payments for over a decade, and holds multiple patents in this space. Our entire technical team is kind and brilliant.
What you’ll do:
- Learn to build front-end apps and back-end services
- Gain experience working with AI/ML and other cutting-edge technologies
- Report to the CTO
You may be a good fit if you have:
- Proficiency in Java, Rust, SQL, JavaScript, Dart, Flutter, HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with Python and related ML frameworks such as PyTorch and Tensorflow
- Familiarity with engineering best practices and standards
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
